Medvlast is a market response to the needs of today’s entrepreneur. The opening of Poland’s western borders was followed by migration of skilled employees – both manual and office workers. Labour shortages have immediately activated new sources of skilled manpower - the foundation of each development-oriented company.

Despite not always favourable conditions at our borders, the share of alien skilled workforce began to increase, with most of the new workers coming from Ukraine. At present skilled migration is coordinated by a number of specialised companies, whose mission consists in providing international staffing services.

We have come to the conclusion that Poland needs one more company of that kind but still different than all others. The company that combines a variety of services, goes beyond the basic workforce services, understands the needs of his clients and their uniqueness.
